Copy and paste function works one time from the cell - WebADI

We use WebADI under 11i. Is it possible to use the paste function more than once in a cell(above, below or next to) in WebADI? Our users can copy and paste in the next cell. But, if they move up, down left or right from the last pasted cell, you cannot paste again. It's like the clipboard with the copied information gets cleared off after the first time you paste.
