in Order Organizer, How to disable the Decision Box message

Hello Gurus,

When doing a query without any parameters in Order Organizer Screen, I would like to disable the Decision Box Message: This Query Could Take a Long time: Do you wish to Continue?

I did go into Responsibility: Application Developer > Applications > Messages, then set

OE_FIND_PERFORMANCE Log Security  to Off, the ran the Concurrent Program: Generate Messages, but still the Decision Box still is visible.

Let me know which steps I could be missing.
