No calculate tax in payables

HI.

I done all the setup in eBtax, and applied all the steps, therefore, payables no calculate automatically the tax and also I can not take manually the tax of the LOV.

Is a bug? o  setup configuration?

I need some comments, because we have user testing the next week.
