Turn off eBTax for AP

Hi,

SO I have turned off the tax for AP by following the steps in this note: How do you turn off or disable tax calculation in R12 E-Business Tax (EBTax) ? [ID 811272.1]

But my question is, even now, if we have to enter a manual tax line, we have to populate the fields of Regime, Tax, Status, Rate Name and Rate. Is there a way to turn these off too and use AP as we used to in 11i.

Note: We just want to enter a manual tax line with tax amount and probably the tax classification code.

Any thoughts?
