after monitor Exadata computor nodes with EM12c, can not create RAC DB on Exadata

I add two computer nodes as hosts target , and add cluster,asm,database as monitor target.

But customer told they can not create RAC DB on Exadata anymore. According to the description ,I found the notes 1073926.1-- DBCA does not Show "Oracle Real Application Clusters database" (RAC) Option.

The cause II of  notes 1073926.1 can fit the situiation,but why the agent installation will change the oraInventory  file and  affect the 11gR2 RAC ?
