Can the standby and primary database ORACLE_HOME have identical database version but different CRS P

On the primary database side , we have 11.2 standalone GI
and ASM with 10.2.0.4 single-instance
databases .
On the standby datbase side, we have 11.2 clustered GI and ASM with 10.2.0.4 RAC databases .
And also on the standby database side, we need to apply
10.2.0.4.4 CRS PSU on the 10.2 RAC database ORACLE_HOME to fix some problems with
pre-11 databases in a clustered environment.
My question is it supported to apply only on the standby 10.2 RAC ORACLE_HOME the 10.2.0.4.4 CRS PSU ?
Or should we also apply 10.2.0.4.4 CRS PSU on the primary 10.2 single-instance ORACLE_HOME , even if we are only using single-instance 10.2.0.4 databases.
