Could not find a price list in Ordered UOM or Primary UOM

Pricing at the Covered level is comming as 0 in the service contarcts module, price calculation tab shows the error message as "Could not find a price list in Ordered UOM or Primary UOM"

could not find any issue related to Price list setup nor contracts setup, a ny one pls. point out where excatly the issue could be
