Upgrade from 8.0.0.9 to 8.1.X

Hi,

We have a customer requesting assessment for upgrade from 8.0.0.9 to 8.1.x.

In parallel to this, customer would also be upgrading database to 11gR2 and OS to AIX 6.1.

The windows workstations will be upgraded to Windows 7.

We need to perform analysis for following:

a. Which is the most stable version for Siebel 8.1.x?

b. What all changes that we need to perform for 8.1.x compatibility?

c. How much effort would be required for build, test?

d. How much effort would be required for migration?

Can you suggest how to go about this analysis (step by step approach)?
