OEM Alert for file system

hi All,i we are running Oracle Enterprise Manager grid Control 10.2.0.4 to manage our databases. we have requirement to create a rule when ever /tmp mount point reaches at 75% full then its email an alert. pl. guide me in this i m new to this product.
