Apps schema and password

Hello,

When i am trying to run RDA for payable from application diagonistics responsibility,there is one option for entering apps schema user name and apps schema password.How i can find schema user name and password?because i entered pl/sql login user name and password but it is not accepting.Is it different from pl/sql developer connect users name and password?
