Is "Workflow" included in the product list when using OCM

Customer updated that in OCM 10.3.3, when an SR is raised via OCM, "workflow" is not being one of the products for selection to report the problem. However, Workflow is a major product that should be allowed to be selected during SR creation. Now, after filling in all other information, user could not find "Workflow" for selection. Then he / she needs to cancel the SR and goes back to create an SR manually for "workflow" related problem.
May I know if this issue still exists in OCM 10.3.6? Apologize that I do not have OCM installed and cannot verify by myself. Thanks in advance for any reply.
