What is the correct installation path?

Hi,
We have recently updated our Development Server to 8.1.1.6 patch. 

For new instance of Siebel Server, Tools or Client installation could we install directly 8.1.1.6 patch on top of Base install 8.1.1.0?

Or we still have to install all the patches that was installed in the Server:

8.1.1.0 -> 8.1.1.1 -> 8.1.1.2 -> 8.1.1.3 -> 8.1.1.4 -> 8.1.1.6.
