"AR:AME(Oracle Approvals Management)"　be used in what kind of case？

Hi,experts

We know, when we use the receipts write-off, we have to register  approval Limits.
But, our customer does not want to register approval limits.
because, All the employees need to do adjustment, receipt write-off.

Does anyone know if it is possible to be made unnecessary of approve using AME(Oracle Apprvals Management)?

Moreover, can AME(Oracle Apprvals Management) be used in what kind of case(oracle receivables)?

This relates to the question heard before.
