Recevables Create accounting "no eligible transactions"

Hi Guys,

XLAACCPB : Create Accounting
XLAACCUP : Accounting Program

Within Receivables we are trying to create accounting for a Ledger as of 31-Jan.

We have thousands of transactions that should be processed but nothing gets processed.
Doing manual create accounting for each transactions succeeds though.

There is no error in the concurrent job and it completing with normal status..

Here is the sample logfile for the concurrent program..
