Hardware Sizing for Siebel

Can anyone please tell me how to decide the number of  CPUs for a siebel installation and the speed of CPU required for the same - say I have a Concurrent User Count fo 3000 Users and 100 Orders/Service Requests per minute? Also can someone please tell me the speed of the CPU and Memory required for the Gateway server under these condtions?
