Only firm planned order generated in the MPS Plan

Hello,

I have run a MPS plan; unfortunatly, all generated planned orders are already firmed and it is not possible to unfirmed them; they are outside the PTF.

Is there any setup i forgot; The OEBS relase is 11.5.8
