T4 magnetic media file creation -IMPORTANT

Canadian Payroll - We have come across an issue when trying to create the R89772001X file and I am getting an error.  My IT department has looked at it and they have discovered the following:

"In the program where it is supposed to use the file path that you put in the processing options, it is an incomplete line of code. It passes a blank path in and it doesn’t go anywhere."

Is this a known issue?  Was there an update that corrected this?
