Workflow on Opportunity Record

Hi,

I have a requirement to send an email notification if a sales stage on an Opportunity remains as "Inquiry" for 3 months and give the owner a week to look at them. Then after 7 days go back and updates the sales stage to "Closed/Lost".

Here's what I havedone for the initial piece but for some reason the workflow is not getting triggered

WF Name : Opp - Closure Notification

Record Type : Opportunity

Trigger Event - When Modified Record Saved

Rule Condition : FieldValue('<SalesStage>') = "Inquiry"

Workflow Action

Wait

Period - 5 minutes (Set just for testing)

Send Email - Specific User (My Email Address).
