Parent item that is set-up in the inventory system with UOM of EA, but we pack 4 of them into a shipper box.  the shipper box is also set-up with a UOM of EA. Then on the bill of material for UOM of EA would be 0.25 for the shipper box.  The work orders are not necessarily built in multiples of 4 for the customers that allow partial boxes to be manufactured.  So a work order of 11 for example would have 1.25 on the parts list. When order is bieng pick on qty of 1 is being pick.

Client would like a way to round up to 2 boxes for picking and issuing
