Insert Image from Field Reference BIEE

In BIEE (Oracle BI Publisher 11.1.1.5.0 ) there is Insert Image with three options, Location (500K limit), URL, and Field.  With Field, there is Image URL (where you select the field containing the image) and Alternative Text (which might contain the field suject).

In attempting to use with connected to Contract Management 14, the "Field" option does not complete, even though the Image URL is pointed to a field where JPG attachments are referenced.

Something I'm missing here that has to be configured or set to make this work?  Is there image size limitations here also?
