Unmasking Bank Account and Credit Card Information for certain Responsibilities

Hi,
I have a question regarding the unmasking Bank Account and Credit Card Information for certain Responsibilities. Is it possible to do that? If yes, how?

Also, I tried changing the profile option AR: Masking Bank Account Numbers, but it didn't do anything.

Let me know your thoughts.
