How to make changes to Oracle GL Workflow for journal approvals

Hi All

Can anyone provide step by step guide (including responsibilities etc) to configure GL Workflow. Client has scenario of preparers, checkers & approvers. Some of the preparers are also checkers and some of the checkers are also approvers
