iExp: How to unassign an active Credit Card from an employee?

Hi

on Oracle 12.1.3 - We use Amex card loader, and manually assign some credit card to employees via Interney Expenses Setup and Administration. But is it possible to unassign or delete the caredit card so that it can be re-assigned to another correct employee?

I tried to retrieve the card via AP module ~ Credit Card and Inactive that particular credit card but on the Admin side, it is still showing as Active and I am unable to assign to another employee.

Please advise.
