Need to assign a specific Group during SR creation in HTML

We need to ability to assign a specific group at the time of creating an SR via HTML (Service Desk or Customer Support).  Is there a way to accomplish this via personalization where we display the entry fields “Assigned Group” and “Individual Owner” in the ‘Create Service Request’ page?
