Bank Account Transfer Accounting Status

Dear Guru,
Bank transfer accounting status is showing as 'Partially Accounted'

Steps followed:
1. Created a bank transfer with "Settle Transactions Through Oracle Payments" set to NO.
2. Cleared both the cash flows for this transaction. 
3. Create accounting.

But both of these cash flows showing  'Partially Accounted'.

Could you suggest, what more steps i have to continue to get it fully accounted.
