error when run the job of apply the agent sofware on EM12c

OEM 12c ,OS OEL 5.7

Inorder to monitor Solaris X86 64 host ,I've download the ageng package from OTN. And configure as Chapter 14 updating cloud cntrol of E24473-8. When finished emcli import_update -file="/tmp/12.1.0.1Agent.sar" -omslocal ,

I can see the package downloaded success on "Self update" --"agent software", when to apply the Solaris agent , the error show "job failed", the log: "Exception: Failed to apply agent image ".

I checked the status of OHS1, but it's down ,and I start the instance ohs1,the error shows as below(also see the attached picture):

I don't know if the failed job of Self update is caused by the ohs1.
