Duplicate emrep(repository database) oem grid control

 Hello Folks,


I 'd like to clarify followings:-

A.I have configured oem on windows 2003 server(32 bit) and repository database version is 10.2.0.3
doing daily backup from grid (oracle-suggested Backup).
--- can I use this backup and create duplicate database(emrep) on another machine using rman.
 --- if so, how to enable in web using existing port/new port
B. Say my OEM machine has been crashed and I have rman backup.
what is the best recovery option
1. using rman to restore/recover existing emrep(repository database)
2. restore on new database and bring it up
3. do fresh oem installtion and add existing target .
