unable to upgrade repository after upgrading oem 10.2.0.5 to 11.1

I truy to upgrade my OEM 10g on AIX(64bits)
after installing weblogic, i launch the upgrade of OEM to 11.1.0.1 but in the end, i have this message: Configuration assistant "Repository Upgrade" Failed

Then i try to launch this assistant and i have this message now:

 ../../perl/bin/perl ConfigureGC.pl OMS_RESPONSE_FILE=/usr2/produits/oracle/GC11G/response/upgrade_apria.rsp

Starting to execute Configuration Assistants

Running the configuration assistants using the following command:
/usr2/produits/oracle/Middleware/oms11g/oui/bin/runConfig.sh INV_PTR_LOC=/usr2/produits/oracle/Middleware/oms11g/oraInst.loc ORACLE_HOME=/usr2/produits/oracle/Middleware/oms11g ACTION=configure MODE=perform COMPONENT_XML={oracle.sysman.top.oms.11_1_0_1_0.xml} RERUN=false RESPONSE_FILE=/usr2/produits/oracle/Middleware/oms11g/responsefile
