Batch Versions are not visible in web

Hi,

I am working on E900 TR 8.98.3 demo version.
When i open BV( Batch versions) and search for versions of a particular report through web the grid is empty. But BVs are working fine in other demo installed machines.
Is this the installation problem? or any other?
