Upgrade from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3 GI and RDBMS

We are looking into upgrading our environment to 11.2.0.3 from 11.2.0.2. Has anyone had any setbacks or "gotchas" in the upgrade process that is not documented on MOS?
