Siebel upgrade from 7.8.2.10 to 8.1.1.5

Hi,

Could someone please let me know the high level steps involved in Siebel upgrade from 7.8.2.10 to 8.1.1.5.Actually we are planning to run the Siebel on Windows 2008 server (64-bit). So can you advise what is involved in upgrading Siebel to make it compatible with Windows Server 2008 R2?

Kindly help me in this regards.
