Moving Datafile from C drive to D drive of EMREP Database

Hi

One of my Oracle grid Database installed on C drive and all the Data file is also pointed to C drive as well. Now the c drive is become full and I immediately need to move the Data file from C drive. Is there any impact if I move the System01.dbf file of EMREP database from c drive to D drive. Do I need to do any aditional changes on agent or  application Server as well. Please let me know. Also Can I have a good document to migrate EMREP database from one server to another.
