Output files generates by RDF is not matching with production after doing full master domain refresh

Guys,

There was batch execution on 19-02 night in production and RDF generates some output files for RMS and DWH application.

I have made a full domain refresh on test environment from production environment on 19.02.2012 (Sunday) morning. After that, with use if input files, ie.executed on 19-02 production, executed the batch in test environment. All the batches completed successfully, but the output files is not matching exactly with production output files on 19-02. There is lot of missing lines in test environment output files compared with production output files.

Find the production and test path details below. RDFcfg is the master domain.
