OTL: Timecard with eAM

Hi

We use OTL with the eAM layout timecard. When we enter time on a work order, operation, resource, we received this error message :

error
B17_1_1 - Operation '10' does not belong to department 'WOD-MOBILE'. Please reenter correct values.
The work order has the department : WOD_MOBILE
the operation has the assigned department : USINE
teh resource has the department : USINE
Is there a way to put time on an operation who belong to another department than the "owning department" of the work order??
