ODM is not showing "Contact Owner" in the email sent to prospects and clients

Hello

We have finally worked through our database over the past few months to ensure the right employee/owner is shown against a Lead or Contact in CRMOD. This information seems to have flowed across to ODM well.

However, we noticed today on some test emails the following errors:

  • CRMOD Contact = Michael B.
  • CRMOD Owner of Michael B = Vanessa S.
  • ODM Contact Owner = Blank - no owner shown.

The above scenario from an ODM point of view seems correct because the Test email sent to Michael B, was blank following the "Regards..." at the end of the email. This would suggest ODM has not Owner against the Contact, which is doesn't.
