CRM Desktop plug-in -- Renaming Objects in Outlook

in CRM On Demand - Administration (MOSC) Question
I am a System Administrator and need to customize the CRM Desktop product. I have downloaded and installed the CRM Desktop Outlook Add-in to my Outlook profile. I am using Outlook 2007. After downloading the package from the CRMOD instance I see Contact, Opportunity, Account and Lead in the CRM Desktop Toolbar in Outlook. I need to rename the LEAD Object visible in Outlook(CRM Desktop). The Admin guide does not provide any details regarding renaming the Objects visible in Outlook(CRM Desktop). Please share the help document/guide that will help rename the Standard objects in the Outlook(CRM Desktop), just like we rename the Standard objects in CRMOD instance.
