How to add group in CRMOD release 19

Hi All,
I would like to add group in CRM OD.
Once the group created, it should be appear in service request page.
I have been trying to add from Admin page, under ,user management and access tab, public sharing group.
Even the group is successfully created, it did not appeared in new service request page, in the group dropdown list.

Hopefully, any of experts here can assist.
