IE crash when calling dll file through comobject using e script on business service

Dears,

After upgrade from siebel 7.8 to 8.1 every things worked properly except an issue when we call a dll file using comobject through a business service .

Issue description :

1- IE crash with error :

Exception 0xc0000005 at 0x0fe0184f

Thread: 0x00001dfc, Process 0x00001c5c

2- XMLparse_input.dmp file created in siebel server log

3- Object manager log :
