Document Manager Error 3 while rejecting a Requisition

 Dear all ,
I am facing this the following document manager error while rejecting a  requisition. we are using AME and iProcurement 12.0.4 
I am attaching the screen shot for that error. can the user with draw the requisition and resubmit for approval if document manager error exists for this particular requisition..
