Process Transmission Configurations on 11i (11.5.10)

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC)
Hi everybody,

Do you know if is there a process Transmission Configurations (File Transfer Protocol for Static File Names) in 11i ? I know there is in R12. My purpose is transfer batchs payments using FTP process to a FTP Server.
