How to CONVERT TRX. which were created in 11i to R12 with SLAM: MFAR(Multi Fund Account Receivables)

Hi Everyone!

We are a local government that is based on FUNDS.  This makes it MANDATORY for us to set-up SLAM to MFAR.  We thought there would be an DATA FIX/ UPDATE SCRIPT created by ORACLE just for this purpose and opened an SR.  To our surprise instead of giving us a script/fix, we are told to CLOSE all the OPEN Trx. from 11i as of the R12 UPGRADE DATE.  And RE-ENTER them to R12!!!

Now, this will cause several issues as you may agree..One of which is, creating double accounting within the same FY and Aging issues..
