OTL: Configuring element time information - error APP_HXT-39163

Hi

After having created the earnings in HRMS and did  open links for them, when i tried to create the element time information in OTL, i received the following error message:

APP-HXT-39163: FRM-40735 ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062

Anybody knows why??
