Verify Location IDs in HZ_Locations

Hi,

In oracle R12 Install Base Implementation Guide,  a setup has been mentioned - Verify LocationIDs in HZ_LOCATIONS.A fixed Locations must be defined for Project, WIP,IN-TRANSIT,PO.

But when I go to Oracle Install Base Admin, Setups>Maintain Locations there is no field to define the location type as Project, WIP, In-Transit, or PO.

What is the significance of having this and where actually in Install Base UI it is reflected?
