Hi All,

We are facing a peculiar issue during agreements and fundings conversion.
Valid project id is being retrieved and passed to the PA_AGREEMENT_PUB.CREATE_AGREEMENT API . Yet this api throws an error as mentioned in the subject.

Quick help on this will be of great use
