Please, how can I have a RFE for smpatch when dealing with solaris10 zones in a Solaris 11 system?

Hello,
I'd like to propose a RFE in order to have smpatch distinguish (or disregard) patches that are not applicable while in a solaris10 zone in a Solaris 11 system.

For example, the following patches naturally failed as part of a whole solaris10 zone update:
Installing update 144500-19 Failed
Installing update 147440-12 Failed
Installing update 148165-03 Failed
Installing update 147159-04 Failed
Installing update 146050-05 Failed
Installing update 146666-04 Failed
Installing update 148098-03 Failed
Installing update 147774-01 Failed
Installing update 148233-01 Failed
Installing update 147161-03 Failed
Installing update 148231-01 Failed
Installing update 146681-02 Failed
Installing update 148065-02 Failed
Installing update 148601-01 Failed
