BI Publisher Patch 12395372

Hello Experts,

It was downloaded from Oracle Support via Patch 12395372.  Found this patch via note Overview of Available Patches for Oracle XML Publisher embedded in the Oracle E-Business Suite [ID 1138602.1]

In section 3. Latest XML Publisher Desktop Patch this patch is listed as latest supported version for 11i and R12

Install was successful, but in Microsoft Word 2010 (32-bit)  when go to Add-Ins -> Oracle BI Publisher -> Log On a Microsoft Visual Basic error is thrown stating that "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

Any suggestion in resolving this issue. Thanks.
