PM generation through Maintenance Workbench

Greetings EAM community!

I am a newbie to EAM as our company (Santos) are in the process of implementing the module (migrating from Maximo) in 12.1.3. We are currently testing PM generation through the Maintenance Workbench and I have 2 queries regarding this -

1. There appears to be no option to prefix Work Orders via this mechanism. I have searched Oracle Support and found this article -

According to this, an Enhancement Reuqest 5638441 has been raised. Do you know how I can track this ER?
