Is the latest BI Publisher Desktop patch 12395372 certified with Windows 7?

Hi Experts

I found NOTE:1364725.1 and 1364705.1 that mention applying BIP Desktop on Windows 7.
But the readme of patch 12395372 says BIP Desktop require on Windows XP.

Can anyone help to make sure if it is certified with Windows 7?
