Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi

Appreciate any setup tips/experiences for Kanban for Outside Operations.

Struggling to understand whether this replaces a WO process, if yes how does the "service" (in a WO the *op10) get captured.

Any help most welcome
