pin_opspec_to_schema error

Hi

 

I am getting the following error when I try to execute the utility pin_opspec_to_schema:

 

/opt/app/portal/7.4/sys>cd ../bin
/opt/app/portal/7.4/bin>pin_opspec_to_schema -i /opt/app/portal/7.4/deploy/web_services/opspecs/PCM_OP_HOB_PYMT_POL_TOPUP.xml
